ICT In Rural Areas

Realising that I C T is a catalyst for sustainable development, one is asking what can be done to promote I C T education, especially in rural areas of Ghana.
Radio Ghana's Rebecca Ekpe sought the views of I C T Specialist Mawutor Agbavor who teaches in a deprived school with no I C T laboratory.
He believes government needs to pay critical attention to ensure an inclusive I C T education to propel national development.
